Data submitted through this website is used solely to evaluate and respond to briefing requests. We do not use your data for marketing, newsletters, or automated outreach of any kind. Every request is reviewed personally by a member of the AINATIVE team.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Data is accessible only to AINATIVE team members directly involved in reviewing your request. No personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to process and respond to your request, or as required by applicable law. If no engagement follows your initial request, your data is deleted within 12 months of submission.
